TCGMarketWatch separates essential account functionality from optional product analytics. Optional analytics remain off until you allow them.
Optional analytics
With your permission, Amazon CloudWatch RUM measures anonymous user and session identifiers, page views, country or region, browser, operating system, device type, performance and application errors.
Traffic sources
We record the referring domain and standard UTM campaign labels so we can distinguish direct, search, social and campaign visits. We do not store the full referring URL.
What stays separate
We do not intentionally send your email address, username, watchlist, collection, transactions or searched card names to the analytics service.
DATA PROCESSING
AWS-hosted analytics
Analytics are processed with Amazon CloudWatch RUM in the AWS Frankfurt region. The RUM monitor retains telemetry for 30 days; this configuration does not copy telemetry into long-term CloudWatch Logs.
You can change your choice at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer. Rejecting analytics stops collection and clears the RUM session and anonymous-user cookies created by this site.
Account and billing information follow separate retention and security requirements and are not part of this analytics dataset.
